Yeah, they drop too many points against weaker teams, must be a pain the * for their fans.

Delighted that Diego Milito seems to be back to his best, another two tonight:icon_mrgreen:

Aye they've slipped out the European places altogether now. Lost 3 and drawn 2 in the last. Nothing to do with dropping too many points against weaker teams though IMO, because they've pretty much dropped points all over the league this year, if anything its the top teams they've struggled against (like Milan).

    Their record against the top half: W- 5; D- 6; L- 6.
    Record against the bottom half: W- 7; D- 6; L- 2.

Good thing for them is their run-in is almost exclusively against bottom half clubs, but some of them will be fighting for their lives. Interesting league this year :56: :50:

Football matches in Italy postponed, as footballer Piermario Morosini dies after collapse on pitch.

    Let the people sing,
Genoa game was suspended for a while as they were getting beat 4-0 at home to Siena, Fans stormed the pitch and blocked the tunnel and told them to remove their shirts as they were not worthy to wear them. They are just hovering above the relegation spots and really struggling despite have some good players in the team. Most players agreed actually, with the exception of one (Sculli i think?) but the game went on after half an hour and the match ended 4-1. Crazy how much power and influence the ultras have in Italy, the players there really have to answer to the fans if they don't live up to expections unlike most other leagues where the players are sheltered and the most they suffer is a booing now and again.

Except Lennon of course, he's regularly attacked and sent bombs - but it's Scotland so thats ok. :97:

As italian, I feel shame for that.
You can better understand something of italian society and football.
We're a country with 70% of *-minded, included managing class.

In Italy don't have a tradition of respect of values and strong istitution neither. Everyone thinks that what people think that is the right thing.

Calciopoli (=Faulsepoli) was born like that:
no proofs, no fixing, no money, no agreements..... nothing of nothing,
but popular feeling was that Juve were cheating, and istitution bended to that, and wanted to satisfy that tribal istinct.

It's not a case that SCULLI, the Genoa's player that fought with that, grew up in Juventus youth team.
