    That in itself is * enough and when you add his appearance to the equation it makes for a questionable match.

    It does seem odd to say he's not even a suspect, then throw his name about. If he is innocent then it really is a mean thing to do. That guy won't be able to go about his business with this hanging around him.

    police probably suspected him from the start, reason he wasn't arrested straight away was, if he's arrested then lawyers get involved, and getting information from him becomes more difficult (told this years ago by a copper).

    Yep, true. If they don't charge him and treat him as a 'witness' he'll incriminate himself like nobodies business, whereas if he is charged and has a solicitor, its silence.

    right ok well no he hasnt been charged with it but i think he will be. and yes if infact he has taken this woman home drugged or not and he has killed her things like this should be hanging offences.

    You need to proven guilty first, not just charged. He will be charged no doubt but it'l be a while before court.

    always thought it would be very difficult to sit on a jury when the trial concerns something like this, or involving children. personally, I would find it impossible not to form an opinion on the accused pre evidence.
