You were dancing on the line with that one, but the urge to ignore you has gone since then.

Well, for me personally, if I had to make the choice of either paying the fiver or not posting on here again, I'd choose the latter. I mean it is only a forum.

My personal opionion, that's all. Not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but we're close to recession here and we have people willing to spend a fiver on a forum.

Fair enough, that's why I've always liked the donation option rather than subscription.

But speaking personally, if this place shut down I probably wouldn't use another Celtic forum.

I'd donate money to charity, but a forum? Nope.

Would an emu make a sufficient if not better guard dog?

Could you beat your dad in a punch up?

Would you blame your son for * the bed?

Could you beat a dog in a fight?

    etc etc etc etc

I don't see why this thread had to be moved to a pretty redundant part of the forum. The initial post isn't a "question for the staff" is it? The thread is just people debating on how they would change the forum if they could...the staff need not even get involved.

No. There's always a thread about what the news article is about in the Celtic Chat section of the forum anyway.

If they really wanted to go as far as to try to "implement" the changes THEN "questions for staff" is the part of the forum to go to. Just seems a bit weird thats all. :86:

i would like to see a pettition style banning system like a poll and give the people the desision rather than a mod just getting the hump over sombody and just impulse banning

im not saying this happens with the mods but i think a vote would be good apart from gross misconduct
