If Samaras plays on Sunday...

There is nothing wrong with his first touch. In fact it's a * of a lot better than Samaras'.

 

it has to be 451 ,they dont like it ,they rely on sucking teams in and flooding forward on the break where it gives naismith space to run at defences pulling them wide and jelavic has more time through the middle to get a shot at goal.
they are weak at defending a low cross into the box between both banks of 4 which i hope lenny uses against them.

 

I can see the argument for starting Samaras and I can see the argument for starting Stokes. Samaras has been dominant in recent performances against Rangers (Cup final aside) and therefore wouldn't cause me too much discomfort if Lenny was to select him in the starting XI. I also think however there can be little doubt who our best and most effective partnership up front is and to this end Stokes must play. To my mind, our major plus is having big Dan back in the team. Jellyfish bullied us in the cup final and this doesn't happen with the big man back there.

think sammy just slows us right down,as we saw from last night we are at our best when we go all guns blazing.hooper and stokesy for me aswel

 

If he starts Sammi and he isn't at his best!, then i hope lenny will have the sense to hook him before its too late, ie with about 20mins to go instead of waiting till 5 mins from the end!!

Huns will try to kick us off the field on Sunday. They won't play football against us because they don't have the ability. Strikers will have very little time on the ball. Maybe an aerial presence up front is what we need???

 

They can't handle Sammy for some reason, that's why Lenny might play him again. I'll back whatever team he picks though, we should hammer them anyway

 

whatever decision lennon makes, it will be the right one.

 

Samaras should play. He is made for this game on the counterattack at Ibrox and * hurt this shower.
Stokes wasnt as good as people make out last night imo and is doing quite a bit of moaning a la Skippy in the past few games.
Play Sammi Lenny, and even it Stokes does play (not my choice) but that is Lenny's decision and it will be the right one whatever he does

 

I'd play Hooper and Stokesy up front. They've been great for us this year and i think this is their chance to really stamp their authority and prove that they can do the business against quality teams.

Sammy should be on the bench and come on as sub (if needed).

I think Hoops and Stokesy will score one each, final score 1-2 if they play. (But i think Lenny will give Samaras another go, unfortunately).

i'd rather play sammy, he's very influential against the huns.

 

Don't know, but, I have this feeling,
Lenny may start with Stokes & The Hoopster, to catch the Huns by surprise !!!!
As 'The Dignified' Uncle Watty will be expecting us to play Sammy as lone striker up-front !!!!!

last two games 4-0 wins both games stokesy has played well i would start him would be pretty mad to change it if sammy plays id bring him on at half time maybe for stokes if stokes was having a bad game .
