I'd personally get the reserves and youth out with one or two first teamers in there. This game is nowhere near as valuable as Wednesday night. Anybody who has an injury worry should be rested for Wednesday.

'Anybody who has an injury worry...' that's practically the whole team.....what's wrong with these players? Are they perhaps on some kind of injury rota? Surely it's getting a bit ridiculous?

Apparently we're missing Brown, Commons, Ledley, Ki (transfer), Kayal, McGeouch, Samaras, Stokes and Bangura.

Brown, Stokes (?) , Samaras and Commons may be fit though.

Bert Trautmann played the 1956 FA Cup Final with a broken neck..........and said he was fine........our players * too hard and they're out for a month with groin strain, ffs.

Wonder how many time we will drop points because it "doesn't matter we'll win the league anyway" before people realise that to win the league we need to win games.

The more points we drop, the more incentive we give to the clubs below us, and if we neglect the SPL as some here would have us do, I wouldn't be at all shocked if we ended up making a meal of it and stumbling over the line rather than waltzing it like we should.

I realise there are injury worries here, and I wouldn't risk players, but there's not much to be gained from fielding 11 kids either. We need to integrate the kids with the first team.

The weather is * dreadful here atm. Raining VERY heavily. Hope it calms down tonight so we don't have another "waterlogged pitch" issue. I would play a strong enough team to beat Caley but we can't afford to drop points again. Even at this stage. Rest a few but play a few key players aswell.

I don't think you realise quite the importance of Wednesday night, we can afford to rest our injured players so we can get into the Champions League. As soon as that is confirmed then we can focus on our bread and butter and if you think we can't afford a couple of points or 3 points dropped at Inverness Caley Thistle then you are delusioned. We can.

Agreed. There is no point at all in risking injuries with Joe Ledley and Kayal out.Meaningless game compared to next week.

    Is Stokes and Twardzik fit?

Stokes has a bruised ankle bone, so unless thats fully healed I dont think he will play as any kicks or knocks to it will increase the time of fully recovering from it. Twardzik has been injured the past couple of weeks has he recovered?

With a massive game on Wednesday I don't want to risk any key players who'll play in that. I'd be tempted to rest/bench Sammy, Forrest, Rogne, Brown etc (any who have a history of niggling injuries).
