he's done ok since he got a second chance but i'd like to see it over a longer period of time.

No - I just don't think he's that good - if Celtic could get him at little or nothing for tranfer and also on a pre-arranged performance based wage agreement, then like I've said in many other posts - I'd take him; we need support at left back. He's got a history of poor form and I happen to think that he's a lazy and often sloppy player :87:

I'd agree with the type of contract that should be offered to him. Give him incentive to hit the ground running and considering the realistic transfer targets that Celtic could sign, he would be more suitable than Christanval or De Wei

Ya we both agree on the conditions that he should met if he was signed but I see potential and you see potential disaster.:celt_2: I'd take the performance contract route because Celtic may not be able to meet his wages demands so I think the board would accept them if he played well and earned them. I could think of quite a few current players who's wages should be largely based on performances.

No, I don't see a potential disaster - if he's a financially risk free addition. If he has the incentive, he may prove useful :87:

i don't think he will be asking real high wages, 'cause he want's to play at top level ( at celtic ) to become a ireland regualar again ..
