    * play the strongest players, so i cant see the asian bhoys get much playin time, maybe come off the bench if were leading, heard he said this morning that he had to address the soft mentality at the club

Not really sure myself from only seeing highlights but I know he's worked with quite a few first teamers..

I'd be half expecting him to try and play a target man (maybe Rasmussen) as we just don't have that kind of out ball that was there during the O'Neil era as a focal point of attack , and also during the Strachan era to a lesser degree where JVOH could do it for a season or two and Sammy even played it effectively for a while to link up with Skippy..
We just did't get anywhere near enough free-kicks during the TM era , central and around the 18 yard box..
Lenny said he wants to make Celtic a winning team by hook or by crook , and from memory of the Martin O Neil era , Sutton and Hartson with their back to goal could manufacture a free-kick anytime they wanted.. I think we'll see Rasmussen try to play that position through the middle as we've not really seen his aerial ability yet and someone on this forum who's followed his career mentioned Rasmussen is known to be more deadly with the head than on the ground..

I also think Scott Brown will get a similar role to the one Lenny/Hartley had.. Im not sure if Crosas can be pushed forward to be an attacking midfielder but I don't see enough from Ki and I don't really think Brown is upto the job when he gets anywhere within shooting distance.. I also don't think lenny would stick with Crosas as a deep lying player alongside N'Guemo as there's not enough forward movement.. He's said in todays interview that Brown will remian capatian if he's selected and I think that probably gives away that Brown is going to be playing..

A couple of videos of Lennons time in charge of the reserves..

I think he'll go with 442 as imo, we don't have the personnel for a 352. As long as it wont be TM's fifa tactics we've been watching recently i'll be happy.
