Going into this game, part of my mentality was: 'realistically you can't win EVERY game, and for obvious reasons, if there was a game to drop points in, it's this.'

But the manner of the performance was unacceptable. Our standards should be much, much higher.

Let’s Ange know that certain players are not good enough. Bernabei worries me and at £3.5 million you would expect a * of a lot more.

 

Got to focus on the positives,....

The lack of effort was embarrassing. I know the league is over, but the players still have to play to win.

There was absolutely no effort or commitment from anyone today.

 

That result and performance stays with us until we return there in September. Hate that feeling.

Be interesting to hear the interviews afterwards. Even Ange doesn't escape criticism from today.

Games against those * should never be taken lightly and they 100% did.

Clear a few aren't up to scratch here. That's the only positive I'm taking from this. They need moved on.

Embarassing we didn't even turn up. Unexcusable for professional sportsmen.

But if they try to wind you up, ask them how many trophies they have won.

 

That was disappointing. I'm turning off before their trophy presentation.

 

Slightly annoyed but only with our performance and the poor level of some non regular starters who had a chance to show something. For the rest.. CHAMPIONS so who * cares

 

You always start this game with your strongest available team.
