    Hopefully our squad will look very different by the time our first CL qualification game comes around.

    However knowing Celtic and our record in the transfer market, we always make it difficult for ourselves and rarely we get our business done early.

    As it stands, the starting line up versus FC Midtjylland could look something like this:

    4-3-3 (apparently this is Ange’s preferred formation)

    O’Connor
    Welsh
    Hjelde/Bitton
    Bolingoli

    Soro
    McGregor
    Turnbull

    Forrest
    Griffiths
    Johnston

    A LOT of work to be done over the next couple of weeks. That defence is the FEAR.

    Getting central defenders and full-backs in has to be the priority if we are serious about qualifying.

    Boli won't kick a ball at Celtic again. Ange will like the work rate of Taylor and likely think he can bring him on. Expect him to start the first couple games at least.

    Bitton likely for his "experience" over Hjelde, unless Hjelde absolutely blows up in training over the next few weeks.

    Midfield to front looks about right. Ajeti and Griffiths will be fighting each other for that spot.

    Think going by that backline and team if we don't bring in at least five quality signings by the first qualifiers we are * and going by our past transfers it takes weeks to get just one player through the door .

    First three signings need to be a goalkeeper right back and centre half a must as I have no faith in any of the keepers and Ralston is a no no for the qualifiers and another centre half incase Ajer goes .
