    Wouldn't take any less than 3.5-4m. Reckon if the opportunity came, he could fetch 5-6m. Don't want to sell though.

    Is Boyd worth 4 million??

    You have to remember McDonald is a big game player,AC milan,Man Utd Rangers etc....

    I would be disappionted with if we sold him,but extremly * off if it was for anything under 7 million.

    ever player has his price,normally above his value,if that makes sence.id value skippy aroud the 3.5-4millon.but considering he is our only striker scoring,although not at his rate last season it would take a bid of 5millon or more to think about selling.

    tying in with this,(i dont want to start a thread on it) how much is samaras realistically worth?

    Celtic FC would not take anything less than 5 million seriously.... we dont need to sell, we need to get rid of duds like Balde and Samaras and Donati, free up some wages so the Club can go out and buy another quality striker and or defender to make our team stronger

    I think McDonalsd would fetch about 5 -5.5 million which is what is paid for lesser strikers in the EPL (although you have to ask what would the likes of Marlon King and co do in Scotland) if guyys like Kris Boyd can scotre 30 a season , thats the question.

    Also relistically Samaras is worth about 3 million I think ( as he has age on his side I would see him doing a turn for a championship side.

    its like selling real estate, the market decides what anything is worth...sometimes all you need is 1 club to come in and it sets off an auction..as a previous fan said, no player is worth what clubs pay for them, but thats football

    Depends on who is buying as you can get more out of some clubs but I think the more important question is not how much we'd get if we were to sell him but how much we might lose seen as he's our only striker that is scoring just now.
