    My sleep pattern fluctuates quite a lot. Over the last week or so I've managed to get back to getting 7-9 hours a night which is good. Hopefully it stays like that.

    I'm usually up to about 3-4 in the morning watching American sports that I'm betting on but even then I still wake up at around 8 o'clock in the morning, so I get around 4-5 hours sleep a night.
