   10, if you've been injured and missed a lot then you clubs can appeal for special dispensation or whatever although Celtic always pay for extra ones so everyone in the squad gets a medal anyway so it doesnt really matter.

    IIRC we refused one to Jiri Jarosik after we won the league in 07/08.
    
    He left in January 08, not sure how many league appearances he made that season.
