Very predictable but thought the battle at the end of episode 3 was good. Not so sure about the overall story though.

Aye noticed that, guess that disease was spreading.

It is slow, also not much action although Dr Who did his bit.

Quite funny as when the Lannister introduced himself, I said to my Mum (mid 70s) ahhh theres relations of tyrrione the dwarf, and she replied thats the family where the brother os * his sister, lol.

1st episode was decent. Bit of catching up to do.

It makes the last season of GOT look good.

Incest and child abuse- not really my idea of entertainment. I know there was a bit of this in GoT but it was more in the background and not the main storyline.

I think it’s been decent overall. Not spectacular and not must watch TV, like the first few seasons of GoT, but watchable and reasonably intriguing.

Never seen it, but not getting hyped by the comments here lol.

Even though these type of series take some time to find you're favourite characters. It took my about a season and a half to get into GOT.

Honestly been enjoying it so far.. writing is much superior to season 7/8 of GOT, and the focus on court politics instead of large setpieces.

Paddy Considine and Matt Smith been the highlights in terms of acting performances.

Took me ages to get into it, taken me years to get through. I've got to series 7 of GOT and think I've basically given up, but the Mrs has been watching this so have been following it loosely.

Because there is a clear lack of deep source material for these characters and their time... the time jumps do give me a bit PTSD with season 8.

Whilst it isn't to a standard of Seasons 1, 2, 3 or 4 of GoT, so far overall it does seem like it's taking its directions and inspiration from those early seasons rather than the latter seasons.

The acting is strong between Paddy Considine and Milly Alcock...Rhys Ifans is great as Otto even if I feel like they should've found a way to have cast Rhys and Paddy be siblings

    Watched 3 episodes so far.

Enjoying it but the time jumping is really annoying. Daemon attacked the crab * then suddenly it’s 2 year later and Viserys has a son :giggle1:

Just catching up with this thread.

What a mental take that is having "tuned out early in the first episode".

Finished episode 5 an hour or so ago.

Surprised with some of the comments in here. Think it's been great so far, and absolutely miles better than season 8 of GoT.
