    Leroy Fer is utter dung.

    Oh, and I'd take Snodgrass.

I think our team needs Snodgrass more then Hooper.

Between Commons, Stokes, Griffiths and sub apperances from players like Pukki, Balde and Watt goals are covered.

To help ease a somewhat creative burden on Commons though Snodgrass would be a great addition.

Personally I think we should try and sign both. If Norwich do go down I think we will sign Snodgrass especially if Samaras leaves and we sell Boerrighter. But I would love to see us bring back Hooper as well. Sell Pukki and Balde and bring back Hoops.

    Well, well, well ...

    Such a healthy thread.

Shame the original was shut down for "obvious reasons".

That's O.K., though ... imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

    Anyway ...

Sonny7, to answer your question, no, I wouldn't trade my cat, Pumpkin, for anything.

    A Treble, a Champions League victory, 10-in a row ... wouldn't matter.

I still wouldn't trade my kitty.

I like you would go for both . Snodgrass is in last year and if , as looks likely they go down I think they have to sell at least one striker . We know what Hooper can offer .

id take Snodgrass. As much as I loved Hooper as a player. He has shown his lack of loyalty by jumping ship as soon as someone dangled a bit of money infront of him. And him jumping ship as soon as Norwich get relegated just goes to show he's a money grabbing/attention seeking bastart. On aye n like someone already posted, he's English so he'll Just do the same thing if another club came in for him.

great player but I also think snoddy is aswell n he is Scottish and a major Tim. No brainer for me

Of those you have mentioned only Commons is scoring on a regular basis. We had all bar Griffiths in the CL with zero goal threat. If we do not need Hooper there is no denying we someone who can put the ball in the back of the net on a regular and consistence basis.

For me Hooper is a proven quantity and with the right attitude should pick up where he has left off. The fact that he was gone only a year should help as he should not need any bedding in for the CL. I would hope that if he did come back he would realise that faraway hills are not always greener.

Snodgrass is the more versatile player. I think he's gonna make the team more exciting to watch. Snodgrass in right midfield with Griffiths in front as the striker, with his understanding with Stokes, surely it's got goalfest written all over it.

You could play him further foward and i think Lustig, Matthews and Snodgrass is pretty attack minded, but with the pace to get back and cover.

So for a number of reasons including the fact Snodgrass, May and Mackay-Steven could pretty much be signed for the price of Hooper, i think that would be more interesting than signing Hooper.

I think Snodgrass will be more than Hooper without taking anybody else into the equation? Snodgrass has been a premier league regular this season Hooper has been a benchwarmer

Snoddy, nae bother. Boy has been Norwich's best player. I always liked him at Leeds. He'd play his heart out at Celtic as well.

Snoddy is the better player but I think Hooper would be more realistic

    Do we need to choose

Snodgrass to setup Hooper for a goalfeast
