    Quarantine coming into Scotland from Spain to stop as expected.

    Stayed in the Woodside just along the road last year, first trip with the wee man. Really enjoyed it.

    Just looked on Massachusetts website and it says that anyone can travel into the State but must self quarantine for 14 days.

    Why ? Because the transaction wasn't dodgy in the first place.

    However if anyone wants to follow your advice I look forward to them telling us how they got on with the reporting of a "dodgy transaction" I dare say you will be on hand to offer them further advice though, so they'll be fine ...

    * off you patronising *.
    You're supposed to be the financial expert.
    You know full well that if a holiday company or airline cancels a flight or booking, that if they refuse to refund but offer a voucher instead, you dont have to accept that offer and can demand a full refund. If they refuse the refund then you can either use Chargeback method for Debit card payments or a Section 75 if paid by Credit card. I said that it was dodgy transaction because holiday companies and booking companies try their damdest to make sure you dont get your money back.

    your spot on. at the start of the lockdown ,holiday companies where trying their best to hold onto your money, using dubious tactics like having only a couple of people answering phones for refunds and not allowing you to make a claim on-line (but you could book and pay for your holiday online ???.. strange that ! ) so you could wait for hours only to be told that you had to wait until your holiday date was past then to phone back to get a refund credit note, and only when you got that you could claim a cash refund and that it could take up to 1 year to get your cash back. and the only reason they stopped this dodgy practice was because of government interference.

    I'm flying on the 7th for 7 nights. The 8th will be fine as the Green night is the 9th, pool party the 10th & dance the 11th.

    I'm only doing the Green night & Pool party this time as the dance is *.

    I think Stewart were struggling to get flights as Thomas cook went under & they were the only one's that done direct flights from Scotland. Are you flying direct?
