Well certainly the way things finished last night we would all have happily taken those outcomes prior to kick off no question. So a good night all in all. The biggest positive for me was although we played well overall and fully deserved the win last night you still feel there is massive room for improvement for us. Particularly defensively but also as a unit going forward we can be more consistent and clinical I feel. The fact that we now have the opportunity to go top on Saturday is huge and would be another real boost in confidence for the team and genuine sign of progress if we can do that.

 

I really feel the masons even by their own usual standards are in over drive when it comes to "honest mistakes" and we saw it yet again in full view last night. The fact it took about 5 bad and or professional fouls from Gogic last night before he got a yellow card been a classic example even more so given they were all committed against the best player on the park last night in Tom Rogic. He should have been booked at least after the second one. The lash out in the face on Jauranovic I do think was not malicious by Boyle but he still did it and it was obvious that should have been a yellow and a free kick. Instead it was play on and Hibernian were presented with a really dangerous counter attack opportunity until deliberately stopped by McGregor who promptly did get a yellow and they got a free in a dangerous spot. I could go on and that is not even mentioning the fisaco of the soft free kick and pk given against Aberdeen last night as well.

Superb result last night. Any win would have been a good win but that first 30 minutes was great to watch.

Still feel there is improvements to be made but Ange has said that himself.

There’s still a long way to go but we just need to trust the process.

Look at where we were in the summer. In fact look at where we were just a few weeks ago. We are 100% on the right path.

Let’s keep this run going for as long as possible and make sure we strengthen again in January!

I agree, looks good, makes a statement.

Frankly, I would also like the hoops on our shirts to be a darker green as well. The boys would look even better coming out of the tunnel as a first impression, must leave a psychological impact on the opposition, even before the kick-off. Especially in European games.

As a kid I loved Celtic right from the start. They were a cool team to watch and they stood out. Those unique hooped shirts and especially the large number on the back thigh of the shorts. I would love the current team to be again wearing that traditional retro kit from the late 60s.

Their football wasn't bad either . Can not take away the fact they were the first UK club to win the European Cup.

 

I miss when football shirts were baggy. None of this titty showing skin tight pish you get now. Big baggy shirts and short shorts. Bring back the old days.

 

Mibee for us fans but can you imagine prime Larsson in a tight fitted shirt? It's aubergine emoji territory.
