When I say the the facts speak for themselves I mean exactly that.

Look at the SPL goals Hartson has scored. All * teams he has scored against. Dis he stand up and be counted in any of the 4 spl huns games? NO.

Okay, so he bagged a hatrick against Livi was it? Boo * hoo.

He is a fat * free loader who doesnt deserve to wear a Celtic strip. The fat * didnt even turn up for the lifting of the championship cup a couple of seasons ago. He has a back injury...so * what. Did nt stop him driving his car or walking though.

Boot him out. Couldnae catch a cold, the bloated skip.

Oh dear Hail Hail, BBJ really brings the worst outa u. Have to agree tho. When he plays at CP(apart from Huns, Hearts, Hibs) i back him for first goalscorer. Any other game its Stan. Would like to see Sutty up front, he manages to put his weight about without fallin on his * or grabbin his marker round the neck. Its time to say goodbye to him. But remember, he very nearly kept Coventry up with his goals, couldthis cloud GS's judgement?

You would think that the player of the year might even be able to turn out for 5 minutes at McNamaras Testimonial game - but no - the fat * was nowhere to be seen - neither was the other freeloader playing for Jackie - Alan Thomson. FFS - Wee Ross Wallace came on twice he was that desperate for a game!!!

Fair enough points - so you blame MON for blaming him not Hartson himself. I can understand that. I think that since the split Beattie did more than Hartson did in the limited time that he played.

Hail Hail i do understand what you are saying about Hartson especially the last quarter of the season but you have to judge him and Celtic on the full season and as far as i can see he did his job the facts back it up - we outscored Rangers it was the goals against that let us down, we concided 10 more goals on the road than last season, thats what cost us.

He was still top scorer regardless of who he scored against we outscored Rangers so he did his job. The Rangers games cancelled themselves out - if we had have not played Rangers all season it wouldn't have mattered we lost the league to the "*" teams and surely Hartsons goals against Rangers in consectutive games stands up to anyones.

I take it that you now accept that players player does not always go to the top scorer but that in fact it goes to the player who, no matter what position they play, has been deemed the most consistent, outstanding and difficult to play against all season by his fellow professionals hence the reason why it's the most prestigious and couvetted of all the awards. And lets face it's yours and my opinions whereas it's fact to them because they have played against them all, while we've only been watching, and he has been the player above all others that has stood out whilst playing against them. So would you not say that they were better placed to judge?

I know it sounds crazy......Players Player of the year, Top Scorer but as any educated person will tell you, paradoxes do exist.

Yes, I have been saying that. He is about 3 stone overweight.

ANY have decent striker in a Celtic team could bag 25 goals, especially if you exclude the huns from that and hearts as Jabba didnt score agaist either of them, oh yes and I can add Motherwell to his blanks as well.

Craig Beattie given a full 90 minutes each game would have scored more goals than Hartson over a season. So would Sean Maloney.

Its all about the service and jabba cant chase his own *. If the ball doesnt land at his head or foot, he doesnt move for it.

    Sell. Selll. Sell.

Just in case anyone was wondering where Fatarse was today, he was arrested for breaking into an abbatoir in Paisley. Police said they apprehended the intruder at the scene. A knife and fork and salt & pepper pots were amongst articles recovered from the scene of crime.

*. All credit to BBJ he knows how to use his weight, and his experience is what gets him games. He also knows how to put the ball in the net so why not play him?
