absoulutely apalling. so lackadaiscal, no penetration whatsover especially in the second half. inviting trouble which they eventually they got.
That should have been a def 3 points on the board straight away when we were sitting 1-0 up as they really werent up too much.
Disgusted how we could throw that away. Every * year!!!! why cant they just * record a win on the road. they just thought this is no bother lets just * about and we'll see out the 90 mins!
Impose yourselves on the game for the full 90 mins then relax when travelling home!!!!

    could anybody else predict this?

we got the goal, then from that point, slowly started going downhill.

half-time absolutly killed it for us.. i dont know what mowbary said to them in the dressing room, but it was terrible advice judging by their 2nd half performance.

im * off at losing this game. celtic should have had this done and dusted, and should of been searching another goal, not get a goal and sit back and put the feet up.

we deserved to lose this, we looked like total boys.

wether we were trying to conserve energy in the heat or not, i dont know, but they slowed the game( sorry, THEIR game ) down so * much, that we basically werent even playing!!!!!!!! where was the pace? "nah i think il just casually walk to this red shirt".

to top it all off, we started attacking in the last 5 minutes odd. thats just a * total slap in the face to the support! what the * is the point of playing the full 2nd half in slow motion, only to turn on the attacking heads in the dying minutes when the game has already been done and dusted?

i fear the worst for celtic this season in europe, because judging by our display in tonight in the game, we are one of the worst teams in the competition.

Boruc should have came out and took the ball with his * hands not his feet , he was at fault on that , but in the first place the ball should not have been allowed to come into the box ,

we were warned on this site by a baggies fan when mowbray arrived. taking n'guemo off was the start of the downfall. mogga obviously told them to sit back and defend and try and catch them on the counter-attack but instead we just gave them the freedom they needed to move forward. our midfield were non-existant, no tracking back, no effort. when your defence is as poor as ours you need your midfield to help them. time will tell if he's the man for the job but on the current evidence it's not looking good. hail, hail

We got exactly what we deserved out of this game, nothing.

All involved in that "performance" should hold their heads in shame.

Even going in at half time 1-0 up we didn't look brilliant, but in the second half they just thought that being on the pitch was good enough, no effort, couldn't pass to each other, nothing really created.

    Disgraceful.

However, for all those saying Mowbray should go now - get a grip.

Didnt see anything thrown or that, just that the players went over with Mowbray and the fans gave them absolute abuse, venting their frustrations, its really the first time I can remember the players going over and getting that reception.

Mcgeady was the only one who showed some desire and determination, apparently shaun maloney, AKA "the schoolboy" by the elders up my way, is better than him though according to some .

To be honest I wasn't all that surprised at that defeat  It's getting so that everytime that team goes out onto the pitch I really don't expect them to win :54: the upside is I'm rarely let down! We have a team of individuals who think that they're better than they are and who can barely hold their concentration for 90 minutes. Let Gary Caldwell try asking for a rise now! I think he's talking his way out the door anyway..........nothing like rats for deserting a sinking ship :97:

I thought we couldn't get any worse than we did last season and boy was I wrong! I think the Lawells and Reids of the board really took their eye off the ball what with all their talk of reducing the debt...........it's all backfired now what with us being left with a crap team and the club suffering from a big reduction in season tickets sales. Who's going to pay £28+ quid a ticket to go and watch that mob get played off the park by the likes of St Mirren?

i,m a mowbray fan, but....." cant blame the players effort" ,"they stuck to the game plan" . if thats our game plan , to stand around flat footed, then we are truly *!

You said it mate :54: I like Mowbray to but to be honest I was never all that keen on him as Celtic Manager.........he's never struck me as either being tough or dynamic enough. It's a feeling that just wont go away with me :54: In saying that I'm willing to try and give him the benefit of the doubt for the moment..........as has already been said we've a fair way to go in the season and he needs to be given a chance.

our players never showed that team and the competition respect to be fair. i hope this is the final kick up the backside for us and we buck up. hopefully we are not the only ones who drop points in israel as i know there will be tougher tests. id say if everybody else goes there and wins we wont qualify. for me we had to get a point or three from the weakest team on paper in the group

We were absolute rubbish and after listening to Moggas interview I am very disappointed.
