Right, we all know they are complete * and have the potential to ruin days but can they be avoided? What really is the best way to avoid a hangover? Me thinks they cant be avoided but can be dulled down a bit! Morning after a night out I normaly just eat like a complete * like now, pot noodle, youghurts etc:84: Whats your solution to them?

Went to a party a couple of months ago with a few mates. I wasn't drinking, think i may have had 1 champagne and just couple of Shloers cos i had work the next day but i still had a hangover :97: Right...

Went to a wedding the other night, had about 3 or 4 bottles of Smirnoff Ice, 2 or 3 champagnes and a bit of whisky (can't remember what else :84: ) but i never had a hangover the next day!

this, my dear ladies and gents, is an own science! after observing and trying it carefully my results are still irresolutely.

    some theses:

-the more you drink, the more resistant you become. it's like stamina practice. if you don't keep it rolling you fall back.

    - if you don't mix beer with other alcoholic drinks you should be fine

    - if you feel drunk, eat something and drink something non-alcoholic, after 20 mins you feel like reborn and can go for another hangover.
