    Since the effects of a hangover are mostly due to dehydration the only scientifically recognised cure is plenty of water.

    sleeping it off with some valium always works for me.i dont know about anyone else but i think valium takes the beer fear away.

    Starting too feel normal again that was one * of a hangover but the *, Valium, joint, some lines, massive jobby
    along with KFC, irn bru, big fry up seem to have done the trick now time for now time for something worse than a Hanover WORK

    The symptoms of a hangover are mainly caused by De-Hydration.

    Dioralyte: Diohrrea medication which tastes disgusting but is purpose made to rehydrate the body with lost salts and minerals. One before bed, one first thing the next day... follow up with a glass of berrocca and 2 co-codamol.

    Doesnt matter what i do these days, if ive drank a lot then ill feel rough the next day and the omly thing that helps is having a couple pints. Just have to deal with it on Monday. Berroca might help if youre just out at the pub on a saturday but if its a fri til sun effort theres no escape.
