stokesy single handedly saved our season and lennys neck during a very tough period for the side.

 

Forster for me

 

Seen a few comments like this ^ in this thread. No he didnt, or not on his own he didnt. Forrest has been better than stokes all season by a country mile. stokes has scored some important goals but forrest has always been creating and been at the forefront of most of our attacks.

 

Mulgrew for me, big man been immense.

 

Forrest for me but if Wanyama keeps going the way he is he will be my player of the season

 

Very tough poll. Stokes and Forrest dragged us through a tight period. Wanyama has impressed considering his age, he has been awesome. Kayal standard, Hooper standard, Matthews always impresses. So many to choose from. So for that reason I am going Samaras. I can;t choose between the others, and honestly, Samaras has had some belters this past couple of months. Great turnaround.

 

Agreed. Jimmy was millimetres behind Stokes for me

 

Wanyama just shaded it above Forrest, as I think Vic has been our most consistent player (probably along with Ledley and Forster) this season and, apart from his 2 goals, doesn't do anything spectacular like James, but he just makes us tick in the middle of the park. When he's in the centre, I have no fear we will concede a goal!

 

Honestly couldn't tell you.

Stokes & Forrest have done very well and were the two players who stood up and were counted during the Killie game, the same applies to Chuck.

Big Vic has been an absolute revelation and hasn't put a foot wrong since coming in against the Italians at Celtic Park.

Would have to be either of those 4.

 

I love big Vic like a long lost friend with benefits, but I could never choose a defensive type player as my POTY for Celtic.

Although if the bold Wanyama goes the rest of the season in the same vein then Stokes, Forrest, Hooper are going to have to keep up if I'm not to change my mind

 

After a shaky start to the season, Kayal has really come alive the last couple of months. Stokes kept us in the title race and wee Forrest has been incredible as well as Victor. Charlie Mulgrew has been what we have come to expect from him. * brilliant player. We all go on about the Izzy, Wanyama and Kayal signings but Mulgrew has been Lenny`s best signing imo. Sensational development since returning to the club. Overall, my player of the half year would be Stokes. So underated even by some of our own support and you have to feel for him being dropped when it comes to the huns games. Doesn`t complain, just gets on with it and produces when he comes back into the team

Good poll Wishaw,i voted Matthews,the guy is outstanding.if i had to vote a 2nd and 3rd it would be Wanyama and Forrest.Our youngest players are doing the best if you ask me.

 

You're not far of it there Mystic,mind me asking why your always up for Sammy?Dont get me wrong he's been * hot last few weeks and the likes of yourself has allways had faith in him,id rather get a few mil for him while we can,just my opinion.We gotter wingers here.
