    i presumed when Lennon had a 30 cap belgian keeper over and wasnt keen he had a better option in mind, i presumed when he had an 82 capped Croation keeper with CL experience on a 3 week trial and wasnt interested he definately had someone lined up, now i see this polish lad wasnt followed up on so what on earth is Lennon doing? my best guess at this point is that he's patiently waiting for newcastle to allow us sign Forster.

    Why we'd want to sign a keeper who cant command his area, who is a poor kicker and fails to communicate with his defence is beyond me...but thats a different matter altogether.

    Very disappointed we've missed out on this lad. I think he was well worth the £2mil and we could easily have recouped that.
    Need to sort this keeper situation out very soon. We hav taken far too long fannying about, again.
    I think from now on I'm no going to look at any transfer rumoura until the window shuts. Always seem to get our hopes up for very little (barring last summer).

    He's in Belgium to discuss personal terms with Genk.
    All we had to do was put in another 300k. THis lad really wanted to come here but Celtic are being tight fisted imo. Not paying £2mil for an international keeper with the potential to be great adn agreat sell on potential as well is * poor by the board.

    It is indeed mentioned ....and what we also find in the article is that the fee Genk would pay is around 1.6M Euros ....which means £1.4M...and that Celtic's offer was way underneath it. Can't understand it anymore ...thought we were in with a decent offer.
