Aye, they were dove-tailing nicely last night. He seems to be a lot more positionally aware than Boli.

Not sure if it was apparent on the TV cameras but Broony shouted at Boli a few times in the 2nd half of the Clyde game to push out wide to the touchline, when he switched off and had wandered infield.

Lenny giving him the nod ahead of Boli has upped his confidence, i think he works better within the team than Boli tbh.

Really good at picking a pass out into midfield/edge of the box. Growing into his role. He'll get better and better with time.

Didn’t think he had it in him to be a LWB, as he doesn’t really go past players, but he makes up for it with his positional awareness and tidy passing.

Last night he was attacking ina. Different way, driving infield, with McGregor making space, using him and going for an overlap afterwards with McGregor pulling back infield. Was very effective.

Aye, that's what I was meaning by dove-tailing.

So effective when Hearts were obviously going man-for-man and pressing us on the ball. It meant their RB/RW was getting dragged into CM, while their CMs were getting dragged out to RB.

McGregor is the perfect man to do it with as well, being left-footed, pacey and having started on LW. We're in a good place right now.

I noticed he cut inside and drove forward through the middle a good number of times last night which is a sign of confidence. Opened up the play nicely and his pass usually found one of the front two. He was in given acres of space last night too on that left side, not sure if i was just imagining it.

GT: on #CELHEA: "It was a good win. A good performance and now we continue on to Sunday."

GT: on his form: "I’m enjoying it. I feel I’m playing well and they team are playing well so I can’t complain!"

GT: Personally, I want to help create as many goals as possible. But primarily, I’m a defender so the clean sheet is the priority

GT: on the Scottish Premiership: "There’s a long way to go. It’s only February so all we can do is focus on the next game. If we keep doing that and keep performing, it will take care of itself."

GT: I want to become a regular at Celtic, that was always my aim as soon as I walked in the door. I understand that at a massive club like this there is competition for places, but I’ve got full belief in myself that I can.

Starting to come onto a game now, only thing he lacks is pace, but i guess that's what Hayes is for :fear:

10 appearances in the league for us:

7 clean sheets, 3 goals conceded, 28 goals scored (4 assisted by him)

    Fairly impressive.

He's a cracking wee player. A tad one-footed but that will come with practice the same way it did with Tierney. Some of his passing inside was superb last night. As were his runs down the wing.

Was glad we signed him and backed him from his very first game, with Boli I stated him I’ll admit but could still be decent back up for the rest of this season.

I'm desperate for him to do well. Just one of those signings that you're just hoping does the job well.

I think he has the capabilities to nail that position as he has been the best left back in the league for a good while, bar Tierney. His delivery seems really good going forward as well as putting in a good defensive shift.

Age is on his side and he could be here for the long term.

    Mon Taylor!

With Ajer pushing on behind them as well, there’s plenty space there. Excellent man, always loved the movement in Lenny’s teams. Always remember Stokes pulling left, Hooper dropping deep and commons coming off the left straight through the gap left. This teams took it brilliantly as well
