I think I remember some ex-team mates described him as mentally unstable. I have also watched the way he goes on to other players and WGS and his body language around the bench and although he looks happy it just does not look normal-he looks mental. I think he may really have a screw loose and that is the problem. He seems to have this happy-crazed look, talks right into other peoples faces and they often look unhappy about it-and he never stops babbling. It is just weird.

Thats exactly what i'm talking about, i can see why some would describe him as a bit crazy. Look at the clip of him scoring against Falkirk that Rek posted, look at the way he talks to Naka when he comes up, Naka can't get away quick enough.

Taking into consideration our midfield is atrocious just now, i think there has to be a non-footballing reason why Grav isn't getting his game. I think what you've just described Keloti is fairly likely to be the case.

So what he trys to interact with his team mates? Beattie doesnt deserve to be in a Celtic strip, he is one of the worst strikers i have ever seen. I remember last season naka set him up 8 times in a game and he scored once....

    Wilson - Mcmanus - Caldwell - Naylor

Naka - Gravsen - Hartly- Riordan

    Jvoh - Miller

Theres my team as I think if miller plays game after game he will start hitting the target I feel we need to trust him and he might start scoring goals like what he does for scotland. I would have beattie on the bench untill he gets back to his best.

Personally, from a distance I quite enjoy Grav's nuttyness but it must be serious if WGS wont play him. As for Beattie, he had a very long lay off and its hard to judge. His first touch and finishing was a lot better a year and a half ago before he was injured. Have you noticed also that he is not fully using his pace and is doing a lot of diving about. I think he is worried his hamstrings will go if he goes full tilt and is checking out of full tilt runs. He is a much better player than he has shown since his comeback. Its up to him to prove he can recapture it but I would say next season is his last chance. Before his injury he had a lot of the basic assets you want-tall, fast, strong, good in form of goal, good shot, scorer of some crackers as well as tap ins etc. If you cant your mind back, he was being played on the left and keeping Shaun on the bench at the start of last season and was really doing very well. I dont want to punt him yet cause I hope he can get back to what he was and he makes a reasonable sub in the meanwhile.

    You are joking right?

Riordan has scored like 6 in 7 is it?

And miller has had an aboslute barrel laod of chances in the first team and has showed he cannot hack it, i like him but he has to go. How can you say he deserves another chance in the team as he wll start hitting the target he has had runs before and failed.

if there are any personal problems with gravesen and the team it's strachans job to solve them. dropping him is the easiest solution, but certainly not the best (just consider the financial point of view). I still think Tommy could do the job for us, but I'm afraid he won't be here next season, I would be off as well if the manager never played me and doesn't seem to try to solve the problem.

Grav loves the Celtic fans and they love him. He spent the whole of the second half warming up and standing up there whilst other players go up for 10 minutes and then go back to the bench.

If he can't entertain us by playing, he is doing it at the touchline.

Fair Comment. I think we have to find a way of getting him in the team, and you are right it is Strachan's job to solve this problem. I think that some of Strachan's personal issues are getting in the way of what's good for the club to be honest. Tommy G offers us something that no other player in the squad can. In the San Siro I felt he looked like the only one that thought 'we can * win this !' This situation has not been managed well by WGS.

That is the worst attempt at trying to be a smartass ever lol...

Obviously if i look up * it wont say that... but i could be american, if i look up american in the dictionary it isnt going to say "student" is it?

I think strachan is a *, he has no respect for his players and values his opinion above everyone elses... Hence why we have lost so many players (petrov, maloney) soon to be Gravesen, Miller, Zurawski, Rirordan
