Scouse accent girl wanting me to sign up today to Celtic Pools. She wanted all personal and banking details over the phone. when I declined and asked for details through the post, she said ok but it would be quicker to sort over the phone. She had my home address too. Is th,is nomal Celtic procedure or did I smell a rat?

Me aswell 0141 number I googled it then realised it was from celtic pools then blocked the number
