    If anyone has paid £5 to become a Gold Member and haven't been made one, please reply to this thread.

    I have noticed a few members from the forum have paid £5 but didn't get their username so I've been unable to make them a Gold Member.

    It's automatically renewed through PayPal if you have used it previously. When setting it up initially, it would have said it was a recurring subscription.
    You can cancel it through your PayPal account so that it won't automatically renew next year.

    Are you able to access your PayPal account? If so, click on the payment under “Recent Activity” and under “Paid With” it should tell you how it’ll appear on your bank statement.

    You'll find it on PayPal in the recent transactions or possibly in the email receipt that you would have got from PayPal. it's about 16 digits long, contains numbers and letters.

    Marie I can't find it in PayPal but I checked my bank and it said date of payment sat 08/08/20 payment sent on 09/08/20 then it had this number 35314369001 I put on the donate bit Marco1888 as the ref does this help
