I think its fair to say that every Celtic fan is hoping Paddy is a major success at Celtic, It would be amazing to see the lad light up paradise.
It was great to see him involved tonight and I would love it if he was involved on Sunday too, although I think he is still short of fitness.
Come on everybody - Go On Paddy Lad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :celt_2::celt_2::shamrock::celt_2::celt_2:

His lack of pace will be a real problem , Still too early to judge the guy , he deserves a fair crack it ,

I was delighted when he came on, I even started chanting his name. Thought he looked good when he linked up in the middle of the park.

Too soon to say

Don't think he lack's pace tbh, more a case of adapting to this game, and getting his fitness up. It will come in time.

He's got no pace without the ball - if you can understand that -he looks like Chris Waddle when defending. He is brilliant running at players when match fit and looks to have pace. He was given the tail end of the game tonight to help get his fitness up. I don't think the ball was played much to the left all night, and Samaras wouldn't have helped with giving the ball away regularly. I wouldn't think he's physically fit enough to play the likes of Man City every week though. He looks some way off being match fit - but that is what these games are for I suppose.
IMO Friendly matches are worthless other than to get fitness up. Players treat them as a break from the ball breaking preseason stuff. -
Dunno where this rumour of lack of pace came from - O.K. he's not Thierry Henry fast but hes no slow coash - I blame Burley on Setanter tonight.
Didn't see enough of the ball tonight for me to make a judgement but he seemed right enough -

Thought his first touch and passing were good. Wasn't involved much after the first 10minutes after he came on.
-
Had some nice touches tonight and almost scored a show stopper, his work rate though was a negative.
Early days, like everyone I hope he turns out to be a hit, on yerself Paddy.

Paddy Mc Court

I think he lacked a little match fittness but that will come in time

Thought he looked like a nice and tidy player, definilty needs to get match fitness though. Showed some good touches and played a good through ball which I think McDonald would've latched onto if it was him upfront instead of McGowan.
