again another stupid comment about samaras ! i believe he would probably be better suited moving to a team in spain or italy where his talents would be recieved more warmly. if i were him id be dieing to get away from here but somehow he seems to shrug off all the stupid bile that gets directed towards him and still carries on playing.

Samaras is a bench player for us and i think he will be for most of this season if remains here. What he needs is to be played as a striker and to score 3 or 4 goals over a few games.

no he wont ! without him we have nothing. he aint an out and out striker. he likes to play wide but still makes assists and scores enough goals. take sammy out of that team last night and we had nothing !!!

Yes he will because if we sign a new forward it will be him and Hooper with maybe Fortune' in a 4-3-3 or without MAF in a 4-4-2.

He's too one-dimensional on the LW. he had a decent game but all he does is come off the flank and play it back or sideways.

i would use Sammy only if i seen, the defense move up the park often, in fact i think i would play Sammy, in for brown, as both can make rash challenges and he can get forward as much as brown can. and can still get a goal with his heed, Brown at 5 million dose nothing for me on the park, and is only a matter of time before he looses it, and we are down to 10 men, he was not missed on the friendly games

You're saying you don't judge people by the way they look? Then you're a liar.

You're judging a footballer on his looks, for * sake! And not to mention it sounds a bit... awkward...:97:

Samaras was very good last night. I wonder if people just take the ratings in the Sun because I notice on the train today he was harshly treated and got a '5' :97:

For me he was our best performer closely followed by Brown. I don't think that many others done better than "alright" and some were downright poor.

Top notch post mate well said :50: Sammi gets slagged and abused so unfairly and harshly that by this point its disgusting treatment of one of our own. You wouldnt know how good a job he does for us when he is given a chance until he goes. Then who are we left with? 1 proven striker in Hooper and thats it. For me, im hoping that he stays.
