Still hoping it isn't as serious as first thought.

I just wonder why nothing official about this injury has come out yet? Or have I missed something?

According to Celtic's twitter he's coming back to Scotland to be assessed by our medical team.

    That's all I have seen.

Even if his arm is not absolutely 100% for the Benfica game, it doesn't mean he can't start, or even come on some time in the second half. You only need your legs for running and beating players, which is what he excels at.

Need your arms for balance too though mate. And we all know Sammy isn't exactly hard as nails.. he wouldn't last long if he was playing with a broken arm.

Been playing well this season so hoping its weeks rather than months, if its his ligaments then no point rushing him though, fall on it hard and itll be a while before he's back.

I would actually love to see Samaras running about trying to play football with one arm :56::56::56::56:

No use getting down, Commons on the left and Forrest on the right will be deadly.

Not a biggie for me ,Ledley and Izzy running that line will do me ,those 2 have a perfect understanding with each other ,We are not seen the best of Izzy as yet ,I think we will if Ledley joins him out there.

A massive blow but at least he should be back for 4 of the 6 games if it is a month. Still holding out hope that he'll be ok until Celtic say something.
