I think we need to make a change in the dugout now and I’ve been a staunch supporter of Rodgers.

Doesn’t change the fact that if a new manager comes in, the Collective and fans should double down on their efforts to remove the * from the boardroom.

Protesting by saying sack the board ain't gonna do *, what board in living memory has been sacked it's the board who do the sacking.

It's got to be a campaign where we point to other clubs who are doing the right thing and have the right people board members doing the right jobs

The focus has to be on where we are being poorly run and where these modern European clubs are being better run and proving that our board is not doing the best it can.

For too long they are taking the credit for other people's work like the players and manager whilst they sit and reap the rewards sitting back smoking their king edwards

Tony Bloom comes in and outperforms this shower of * in one transfer window. Absolutely pathetic clowns. We need to get rid!

Board created a problem, Rodgers is adding to it. Both can take their fair share of the blame here. Him spitting the dummy out and trying to play like prime Barcelona with a team he himself has deemed not of high quality is cutting his nose to spite his face stuff.

It's removing nuance to suggest he's immune from criticism. They're all failing in their duties, from boardroom to dugout.

Agreed, he’s far from immune, but the board will get away with it yet again.

With every bad result the focus will turn more and more on the manager which is fine, provided those who actually determine the direction the club is going in don’t escape it.

The * Desmond won't be sacking any of his pals anyway time soon so they will all be getting the brunt of the supports anger.

I dont think they will tbh, the vitriol that's aimed towards them in recent months is beyond anything I've seen in recent history, and their lacklustre responses haven't helped their own cause.

The only thing that has saved them this season is Russell Martin and Rodgers himself, who has 100% been shafted by the board but should also be doing far better than he currently is.

Well just plod along like we did with Lennon... they'll not sack him and he won't walk...looks like we'll need to take our medicine this year bcoz right now nothing will change..the manager and his formation is thee major problem we have but those * not spending and leaving us with no striker or right winger is gross negligence.

I propose a unified fan group trying to get in touch with Calmac. The request directed at him should be that he publicly accuse the board of causing the sorry state of our club, and demand their resignation on behalf of the dressing room. I feel Scales could be receptive to this message, too.

If you want the board sacked why would you want them to pick a new manager? Doesn't make sense

100%. Just a few weeks ago as the window closed the chat was Rodgers had been shafted and would be seen almost as a martyr if he resigned and gave 2 fingers to the board.

Fast forward to now and the * squad playing * has almost came as a surprise to some folk

Hearts have modernised with modest financial investment, especially when you compare to our finances.

They've improved their starting xi in one window. We've flopped in the last three. At least.

Every excuse we hear from the club about it being impossible to improve has been shown up this season because of Hearts' one window. One.

I think it's basically the perfect storm.

Very reminiscent to the covid season, everything seems to be going wrong at the same time.

The board, the manager, the players, and obviously us as fans are * off.

My big thing is, what the * changed since Ange left? He was basically a one man army, arrived himself from Japan, and suddenly we were signing guys early, not * about and pretty much firing them into the starting 11 a few hours after they landed in glasgow airport.

Since he's gone, we've reverted back to * about in the transfer window, losing out on players. Not replacing players etc.

Doesn't really make sense as we have such a well known 'big' manager who's obviously very handsomely paid.

I want to know what changed, is it purely down to the return of Peter Lawell? Rodgers has been * dog * this season. But I worry how it's going to get better.

They have shone a light on ourselves (and the Huns for what it’s worth) for living in the dark ages when it comes to using modern tools and techniques to sign and develop players.

The AI software might be clever in its analysis and its formulation of databases of players but ultimately, as McInnes had alluded to, they’re simply signing players with good attribute numbers off the back of that collated data knowing that even if some work and some don’t the overall squad quality increases exponentially.

We’ve got guys on a million quid salary dealing with other clubs who need to phone the boss when a transfer fee is upped by a 100 grand.

It's not a surprise that everything is going wrong at once, when the board fails as badly as ours did that has a knock on effect on all the other aspects of the club.

It's still the same manager that's won at least a double in every season he's managed here, a lot of the same players who went toe to toe with Bayern and Atalanta and impressed.

We've got a board that thinks you can sell all the goal scorers out of the team, not replace any of them, and then expect the team to carry on as normal. And if they're questioned on it they point to the bank balance as a sign of success. It's completely mental.

The people running our club don't know the first thing about running a football club. In fact, if they ran a branch of the Co-op I don't think it would even be a particularly successful one. They are dinosaurs who think they can do no wrong. They should have been forced out long ago but we've been lucky up until now that the standard of opposition has been too poor to really challenge us.

It does make sense. Lawwell, Nicholson and McKay need removed.

They're holding the club back from progressing, in my opinion. However, a tiny snippet of the resources they do use should be enough to claw back the league. I think Rodgers, through the media, has alienated himself completely from his players. If you're watching the manager call you bang average, are you going to be running through a brick wall for him? It was a silly comment and he is not galvanising the team and the players to play.

We do have good players in the squad. We can lose away to Hearts. No one is saying otherwise. We have lost at Tynecastle plenty of times before and we will so again. However, there has been a consistent run of form now which has been deeply worrying. The home draw to Hibs, the last minute winner against Motherwell, the defeat to St Mirren, the Braga defeat. They've all been extremely poor performances. He's not getting the best out of the players he does have at this disposal.

I love Rodgers. He has been hung out to dry by a board who have spectacularly failed and the war between them and the fans will continue and should continue until they're removed. That being said, Rodgers hasn't done enough. He has 7 months to go, he's never signing a new deal here and we are likely going to be looking for a new manager in May/June anyway. Pay him off, bring in a manager to get the team back playing, give him a transfer window in January to add players of quality to give us a chance of success and see where we are come May.

Regardless of anything, this club is still a massive draw to multiple managers throughout Europe. It's about time we were proactive instead of reactive and unfortunately, I think that we need to part ways with the manager before the title is officially over.

Sacking the manager is a vote of confidence in Lawwell, McKay, and Nicholson though.

If Rodgers goes he takes all the blame for the poor season, and the board carry on as usual.

    Kinda where I'm at.

Feel like a change is now needed but I don't want the * currently in charge being the ones to decide.
