    I think we all thought they were very good players who would be even better surrounded by greater quality. Well, apart from Ciftci, I don't think he was as widely received as GMS and Armstrong.

    That John McGinn for Hibs looks like he'd be a good player though

    Well now that you put it like that, we managed to beat Barcelona with a youth player from Newcastle, a dud from Nottm Forest, a young right back we signed from Cardiff, another one we signed from Cardiff and a striker from Scunthorpe...........

    Contributes far more than Forrest in terms of goals and assists. I would have been looking to shift Forrest before him.

    My thought was, no ones going to want him at this point, so stick him in a shop window for a season and hopefully sell him at the end of it

    We got GMS, Armstrong and Ciiftci, and United are now down in The Championship

    Potential rival destroyed

    Just need to try and get some money for him now

    Shame, as I loved the GMS we all saw at United, but he just couldn't translate it here

    They were on the right track for sure

    Still, they chose to cash in at the end of the day, so we're hardly to blame

    It's worked out well enough for us in the long run though, even if GMS hasn't been able to recreate that form at Celtic Park

    Ronnys imcompetence showed the most when he decided to play him at the left wing instead of the right. It was clear to see to anybody that GMS is pure * on the left.

    It's not a lot to us of course, but then again everything is relative

    Just look how easy Stoke priced us out of the market for Allen for instance, and he didn't go for a lot when you consider that Wijnaldum went for 25 Million
