    Did I read somewhere on here that him signing a new deal with us would negate the 20% sell-on fee for Scunthorpe? Or was the insinuation just that us being able to hold onto him long would make a future transfer worth that much more and make our share larger?

    Just lazy journalism imo. Not a single quote from officials at Celtic or Juve or Hooper himself. I could write that Officials from Real Madrid have been looking at sammy and the reports have been favourable. Doesn't make it true though.

    I believe he will be moving to the EPL sooner or later. I am sure he wants to play for England hence moving to the EPL would be the easiest way to be in a weekly focus. I dont think Juve will happen but would prefer him leaving for Juve over any EPL team. But as I said I see him leave maybe even after this season and a great CL season.
