    Will be quality.

Only downside is that they'll no doubt claim Norwich and Southampton scouted them out of nowhere.

If we stay up next year we'll be doing ok at this rate, us and Hearts in the relegation play-offs.

But nah we really do need a similar player to Hooper. Will be good to see Southampton V Norwich, Wanyama will probably be on him a lot considering Hooper likes to drop deep at times.

Did that picture with Brown in it really happen. Weir must be photoshopped in because I can't think of a possible scenario that would lead to Weir doing that. Unless he, in his senile old mind, was running back to the changing rooms thinking he'd forgotten to put his boots and shinnies on.

A collage of what I think are some of his best and most important goals.

Why are you calling him 'Davie Weir'? :97: His real name is Sir David Of Weir - after the Zombies decided to knight him by themselves :52::56:

Used to be hilarious reading them putting 'sir' before every player/manager over the age of 35. I remember they were on about getting Papac (sp) knighted :52::56:

Good luck to him anyway, he'll always be remembered for his awful hair cut he was sporting recently. (as well as the couple of goals he scored)

Not happy to see him go but certainly not gutted. Best since henke? He couldn't have laced John Hartsons boots IMO! Certainly a good player, but it's not the end of the world! I also think he went to the wrong team. If it was to get in the England squad then he should have chose qpr. They may be in a lower league but redknapp has a big influence in English football. I don't see him getting an England call up at Norwich! They must have offered the better wage packet, which I don't blame him for taking, money is everything these days! All the best to him, had some great times up here, but we will bring in someone else.

Done just about all he could in Scottish Football. I agree with Lenny on the best since Larsson comment. Said it many a time on here, if we were to replace Hooper now on a like for like basis we would have to fork out more than £5 million.

Although I know the current transfer policy is for the better of the club, it isn`t half gutting to see our top players leaving.

Glad it's finally done. Good luck to the guy. He'll do well in England and hopefully end this myth about players from the SPL being able to cut it in the Premiership.

He's gonna be a wee barnstormer in the Premiership.

Good luck hooperman. You were amazing for us and I hope you get that England call. You * on most strikers down there.

    You shall be missed.
