They are magic.

 

Aye was a bit ridiculous and looked like every other time you saw him he was having a cuddle with one or more zombies only to be rescued shortly after. Would have made so much sense if he had just retreated to the crypt after. Really loved the episode as a whole but there were a few bits that annoyed me. Would have liked a one on one with JS and NK, then have NK maybe take a few hits and resort to raising the dead to tip it in his favour.

 

Ser Davos?. Say that name with some respect. It's the Onion Knight.

 

Watching again for the 6th time or something.

The main thing that is annoying me is that the main White Walkers never got a fight scene when they walked through Winterfell. That looked like it was about to be epic..

Surely you make a scene where Jamie, John and/or Brienne notice the Walkers heading towards where Brann is and they pursue them and have a wee fight scene with a few of them.

The White Walkers deserved that.

 

Think everything that we find wrong with the series grr Martin will sort out in the books

The white walkers were a real let down.
To be fair though- Jamie and Brienne had chopped down about 1000 wights each in an hour so they might have been feeling the pace by that stage.

 

What do u mean mate

 

One of them could have or should have died to a Walker in said battle.

Brienne dying in Jimbo’s arms to that epic music.

found this video off the guy who played the nightking didnt know he was the stuntman in the tower of joy scene ..they really should have at least had him in a one on one fight scene .imagine the nk fighting like this

 

One nice touch I actually missed was the scene right before Arya runs past the white Walker is Jon snow actually shouting 'GOOOO' to arya whilst he distracts the dragon. I'm constantly changing my mind on this episode, still wish we seen the night king in combat.

Did you ever think Jon or Dany were going to die? Even arya, sansa, tyrion and Jamie we all knew weren't going to die. I agree when the show started anything could happen but it's lost that element now

Meh, game of thrones now, has just turned into another TV show where most of the real key stars are totally safe no matter what they face.

As they've moved further and further away from the books the more typical the show has become. If this was in the first 3 seasons then Arya, Danny, Jamie and another lesser but loved character would have died, perhaps Gilly and Varys.

Sam is literally laying on the ground and swarmed by the * and still survives, there could have be more to this if they lost winterfell with some big casualties and retreating to the iron islands and then having to face begging the back stabbing Cersei and NK from both angles.

 

He will write a better ending than what the TV show has done and explain it better

The show is the GOAT for me regardless but are you honestly happy with how the White Walkers went out after being built up from the very beginning of GOT @PaulM1888 ?

You don’t think they deserved to have a fight scene before being killed off?

You could easily improve the episode by cutting out the scene of Sam Tarly chilling out stabbing wights and replace it with a Jamie, Brienne and Podrick confronting the White Walkers who are heading towards Brann scene, with a death for Podrick whilst Jamie and Brienne battle on until Arya stabs the Night King.

 

Did the white walkers (the ones with long white hair) defo die with the night king?

Just they were created in a different way....
