    That was another good episode, the jurrasic park bit at the end as well. The nearer it gets to the finish the better it gets.

    It was * immense! The last 20 minutes or so was stauner material. Maybe a top 3 episode for me.

    It's the greatest TV show of all time. This series and the last couple of episodes... including the leaked one... confirm that.

    Not feeling it. The whole plan from the previous episode was a terrible idea to begin with, just total fan service, and the way they executed it was terrible, and they fell into using so many cliches. Game Of Thrones was supposed to be anti-cliche. Ravens now travel as fast as text messages apparently when the heroes need last minute saving. Oh Jon stays behind to be extra heroic? No need to worry Benjen will come out of nowhere again. It all felt like writing from a lower class of show than GoT has been up until now.

    Seeing the dragon killed and then resurrected was class, it's surely one of the things everyone's been waiting for for a long time, but they've really just rushed through this season so much. Characters have stopped being about what goes on in their heads and just become things to be moved about the map. At randomly determined speeds depending on what the plot needs.

    Yip, last 20 minutes not even close to the last 20 of episode 4.

    It now feels rushed and the plot is crumbling because of it.

    Ah, I thought you meant it wasn't near as good as episode 5.

    I get that the plot is suffering because they're firing through at some pace, but at this point I'm not too bothered.

    The last couple of seasons have been fairly slow for the first 6 episodes then explode near the end. This season has been fairly relentless all the way through.

    I like the pace but it shouldn't be to the detriment of the well structured plot they've had running from the start.

    The cave scene, Gendry Farah running a marathon in 30 seconds, ravens now quicker than SMS text messages...

    Really don't know why the didn't have 10 episodes this season. It's always been 10, yet they've shortened the last two seasons when * is hitting the fan.

    Decent episode all the same. The pacing is diluting the quality, though. No suspense whatsoever.

    I get what you mean about things being very convenient but it has happened before. Last minute saving the day happened at Blackwater Bay, Stannis saving the Nights Watch, Battle of the * (which was between 2 non *!). I do think it's going a bit too fast atm and would rather see it stretched out but I imagine it must be for budget reasons

    Money probably. The actors are higher paid now and animation costs for white walkers and dragons has increased.

    Apparently next season is only 6 episodes, but they'll be like 6 2 hour movies.

    You did see that it went to the group and showed they had been stuck in that spot for day and a half or least two days thought the part were hound throws the stone hits the dead guy and utters dumb * was hilarious
