Mate don't give me your politically correct pish. I recieved a 3 month jail sentence a few years back and the only charge against me was, i did call (cannae mind his name), a * *. The person deserved to get his head smashed about never mind called a name. The beef I had with him was personal and not racially motivated but in court I was branded a racist and had to spend 6 weeks in jail for calling someone a name. So just to let you know that i have little respect for the authorities and what they want me to behave like

no but im not saying they are sectarian songs or not, im just saying if the songs u and other people are singing are deemed "sectarian" by the sfa next season, then celtic will be in deep trouble, whether we want to debate it or not. if people sing football songs at football grounds, and sing sectarian songs out in the street in their spare time, then i have no problem.

 

These arguments are doing my head in. We've now got 3 threads where the same people are having the same * slapping petty arguments about the same subject.

the only reason im in this argument is because im trying to get the point across that as long as we sing songs about Ireland, despite whether or not theyre "secterian", the huns will sing songs about killing catholics etc, which I find offensive. And if we dont sing, they cant use the excuse of "Oh but they do it to". We're better than them, we all know that, but still we can't give them to ammunition to get away with this

 

I doubt that any of you are intelligent or mature enough to discuss bigotry, sectarianism or racism judging by some of the pish I've been reading.

Most of it just looks like flaming for the sake of it.

We've already got threads about people's opinion of what constitutes sectarian signing and a thread about an individual song. That's plenty for a subject which causes more trouble than any other on here.
