Fulham 0 - 0 Celtic
Certainly not the best of games, but Mo Camara had a great one; a real attacking left back who never seemed to run out of steam. Neil Lennon also had a great game until substituted late on. Stan the man was everywhere. Aliedaire tried hard but on the whole not very effective. Zurawski looked sharp and hungry when he came on in the second half but that penalty miss was embarrassing simply because he made an absolute * of it (after asking young Maloney if he could take it). Never the less Henrik also had a bit of a howler in his first game, so I look forward to Leicester on Tuesday night. Mc Geady showed some class touches but he is just so easily pushed off the ball, the boy needs to start eating some raw meat!!! Bobo had a good solid game and committed as usual. There was a young lad at right back who although he made a couple of mistakes looks promising
My biggest praise went to the fantastic support we had, two stands full to the brim and also part of the Fulham stand had a good quantity of Bhoys. Outnumbered them easily two or three to one, They do not know how to support their team; similar to last year not one song was heard from them, it must be miserable to be a Fulham player, as far as encouragement goes from the terraces.
I would be interested on what others thought of the game
Hail Hail

I was at the game myself, not brilliant but nice to see the bhoys back in action.. Totally agree about Mo Camara, many people (including myself) doubted this signing but yesterday he was quality. Who did we have at right back by the way? Didnt catch the line ups at the start and didnt think he looked too bad. Zurawskis miss was disappointing, think I probably wouldve saved that pen it was very poor.
Where did you go for a pre match drink mate? Went into O'Neills and it was brilliant, absolutely packed! -

I think the young right back is called Gary Irvine or something like that.

THanks for that, Sonex, very good link. I don't think Zuraw's penalty was terrible, but he made it far too easy to read. Polish fans won't like Strachan's comment afterwards "that may have been his first and last penalty for Celtic"
