One of the few positives the last couple of weeks has been the clear improvement of big Antoine.
Was getting slated for his lack of goals but now he's in double figures, hope the big man continues his good form, one of his rocket shots at Ibrox wouldn't go a miss :84:.

Only thing I disagree with here mate that their have only been a "few" positives. We've had a lot unfortunatley they've all come at the same end of the park and been outnumbered by the negatives at the other.
I think the big man is looking like a player who's now settled. Maybe this is a sign that the gaffer knows what he'd doing and if we give him time to get more of his men in (in defence obviously) then we'll be a force to be reckoned with. -
Fortune is looking the part - glimmer of hope with him for the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:50:

Before I signed up for this forum, I had been reading it for a well over a year...and I remember all the negative pish spouted about Fortune and the majority of folk saying he's a dud etc...but given time, look whats happened!
Crackin big player, right from the off I've been a fan of him and I'm glad that people are finally coming round...hopefully the same will happen with the Anti-Mowbray lynch mobs. -
Agreed!
It's like a Kangaroo court the way some people drwa their opinions ate times!:31:
Go on Fortune and Mowbray prove the doubters wrong!!!!!:47: -
I rate him as a player, wish he was bit more media savvy. His comments in the press would have spurred the other mob on at the weekend
-
Though I don't want this thread going onto another Mowbray one, like others have. :86: Check my latest post on the 'Tony Mowbray' thread and you'll see statistically how poor Mugga has been in black & white. -
Possibly!
Possibly the language barrier don't help- the comments reminded me of Sammy last year!!!
Anyway as ma da says da yer talking on the park!!!!:56: -

He's gotten used to the Scottish game - and I'm liking it.
-
And you could read the Aberdeen thread on Saturday and some people were still slagging him off.
IMO he's been our best player in the last few weeks, I thought he was alright from the start, just the goals were missing as he was trying to adapt and the injury didn't help, but now he's been playing really well. Hopefully it will continue. -
glad to see the big man come onto a game banging in and settin up the goals and mowbry will get it rite no doubt about it :icon_mrgreen: -
When Keane leaves after his loan spell, I hope Fortune can make a good partnertship with Rasmussen - I think their style of play compement each other.
-
big bag antoine, massive presence in attack and can ping the ball at some speed too!
-
ill be honest and say i didnt think he was a player but credit were credits due the big man has changed my opinion and does look much better than i thot he could be.if only the rest could show the same improvement.

I think the biggest change in Marco has been his confidence..watch a game earlier in the season and compare it to recent games and it's unbelievable to think it's even the same player. He is now taking on defenders, taking shots and even throwing in a cheeky move or two. He looks as though he is thoroughly enjoying playing football..now if only the same could be said for our defenders.

playing along side robbie is sure to be helping him. robbie will create chances for him.
