    Easier chances aye.

His shooting from the edge of the box which is where he will be most of the time due to him constantly cutting in and running right across is 9 times out of 10 woeful. He has one of the worst shots in the squad imo.

Since when does Forrest run to the byline? All he does is cut in regardless of which wing he's playing on.

    Aye he doesn't.

That's what frustrates me most, his game is best running direct at folk not cutting in as I don't think he has the composure or finishing to do anything effective the majority of the time.

He doesnt run to the byline anymore and that is his problem . If he just knocked it past his fullback headed to the byline and dinked a cross in he would be effective ( his crosses are extremely hit and miss , but with a run of games he MAYBE could get them up to scratch )

However , cutting inside is what makes him look like such a * of a player. He has zero composure when he gets in or near the box , just completely panics. His shooting is utterly utterly abysmal , lacks the proper technique . Cutting inside is all well and good when you're Arjen Robben and can score goals from 20 yards or find a killer ball but Forrest is far too limited a player to do this .

I reckon he will find himself benched and then punted come the summer.

He's good at doing it off of the right, it's something he brought into his game so he could link up easy with Stokes and Hooper as they weren't strikers to cross into. He needs to mix it up though, go to the byline or cut inside, you'll have the full back not knowing how to approach you.

Of course, first, he needs to get fit.

Think his biggest problem is he's * scared of getting injured.
At the weekend he was gash. Avoided physical battles and when you wanted him to knock the ball around a player and make a dash for it, he turned round and passed to somecunt else.
Like he doesn't want to exert himself fully incase he goes snap.
He then started wandering all over the pitch near the end leaving a heaving great gap down our right hand side for the last 20 minutes - leaving Matthews with no * to pass to or link up with and also leaving him exposed.
Jackie Mac or McGrain would of throttled him if he'd left them in that position.

I think there's an element of green tinted specs with him - at his age he should be better than he is. He's not a kid anymore and should be stepping up to the plate.
Does he offer more than Wakaso and Tonev who we all know are *? No, not really is the honest answer.

Whenever that will be, who knows.

I have always found him a hard player to connect with. He always looks as though he isn't enjoying himself out there, maybe just me. As much as I'd like to see him flourish I have serious doubts and a point made earlier (if he wasn't from our academy he'd be away) is spot on for me.

Because he gives up on challenges to easily and moans.

I still like him though, if we can get him back to the level where we brought him on Spartak away.

    Aye there is that.

Also the fact I think he is pretty limited, bit predictable. When I had my season ticket in the North stand he would get some amount of pelters 2nd half when he was running down the right, cutting inside constantly:smiley-laughing002:

Against Spartak away he had the goal gaping with one defender in the way and somehow * managed still to miss :56: thank * we got a huge slice of luck with their defender running in and hitting off him for the OG.

I can't remember the last time I thought "Forrest played really well today". Reckon we could still get £2million for him.

First time I've ever seen the wee * show some sort of emotion other than perma-rage at being tackled. Seriously.

Maybe Deila is working on him after all.
