No because cashew nuts are digested too and are really good for you in moderation. They are harder to digest than alot of foods but they are digested and their nutrients absorbed. Sometimes they'll end up in your stool, possibly cause yu've not chewed them or ate too many, but they are digested. :84:

Love corn on the cob, also steamed beetroot is * mouthwatering. Avocados are also delicious sliced up on top of an omelette. Chop up some spinach and stick it in yer omelette while it is cooking, some jalapenos and then when it's all cooked and ready slice up yer avocado as I said!

You're welcome! Courtesy of Chef Bumblebee

    Whit?

Broccoli is nice. Steamed or raw.

And a sandwich isnae a sandwich unless it has lettuce and/or cucumber on it. Always have that on my pieces.

Would love to be able to use chopsticks but can't get the hang of it at all. Easier picking up water with a sieve than picking up rice with a pair of chopsticks ffs.

Don't usually post personal stuff on the forum but here's a snap of my garden party I had yesterday afternoon. The chaps were jolly good fun, the ladies were delightful, and the cucumber sandwiches exquisite. Spiffingly good fun what what.
