I think Mark Wilson must be in with a shout of playing ahead of Braffheid.. I just don't see the point in Braffheid any more this year... Keeping him in the first team will only ask more questions about the futures of Danny Lafferty and Wilson , while Naylor probaly is more deserving of being backup than Braffheid..
Stick a few quick in his pocket and allow him to leave arly I'd say..

I don't think there is any point in any of the loan signings, apart from Kamara who we may keep next year.

We've got ourselves into a bit of a pickle now. Looking ahead to next season we would really need to find out if Fortune'e and Rasmussen can strike up a partnership or not. They're never going to get a chance to do it though because Robbie Keane will be in the team for as long as he's here. :31:

    Nothing against Robbie btw.

Celtic havent beaten Falkirk this season and a few other teams down at the bottom of the table ,hence why we are so far of the lead at the top so im looking for a bit of spark from Celtic from now till the end of the season starting with Falkirk .

Robbie Keane stated in an interview that the league isnt over by a long shot but i think deep down the players know that it will take a major collapse by rangers for Celtic to win this league ,so they might be more relaxed and we might actually get to see Celtic playing a bit now ,sounds good on paper but here is hoping ,2-0 Celtic.

There's a picture on this BBC news story. Not sure how recent it is, but it looks okish. I think it was worse earlier than the season. We'll see what the inspectors say, I suppose.

That's basically what I said earlier in the thread. Hope we're right. :icon_mrgreen:

  10. I think the players will go out on sunday and play what comes natural to them with no added pressure seeing the league is over.

    celtic clarify pitch claims

    Newsroom Staff
Further to erroneous reports in today's press, Celtic Football Club can confirm that it did not make any official complaint about the Falkirk pitch and did not ask for any pitch investigation or inspection.

This is supported by a Scottish Premier League statement which reads: “We keep an eye on all our pitches and monitor them over the course of the season through our delegate reports.

“The weather has had an impact on pitches up and down the country, but as things stand all our games are good to go for this weekend.”

First 2010/2011 pre-season fixture. Take out all the players who won't be here unless they have to play.

    5-0 Celtic.

3 Penalties, 2 offside goals, Falkirk down to 9 men.

exec "It balances it self out" Bollocks from the establishment.

Considering the league is over that would be an absolute marketing masterstroke by the SFA. Give them a big slice of "good luck" when it doesn't matter anymore.
