Brown was by far the best player on the pitch for us, I wanted Burke to *. Was obvious from the first minute he just wasn’t up for him. Bitton would have been acceptable as well.

 

Brown was exceptional and I thought Bitton was controlling and tidy.

The problem(s) today where the lack of end product up the park.

 

Brown and Bitton were both pish.

Henderson was the only one of the from 6 who actually looked like doing anything in the first half.

 

I agree mate both were also trying to push the game on but I like more of a contrast in there.

I'm not convinced yet but he certainly tries to get on the ball and makes himself available when he can......look forward to seeing if he's really got what it takes to stay at CP......definitely a decent showing today.

 

Criminal how he’s not been involved lately.

Would have him in midfield with McGregor and Rogic next week.

 

We didn't even have 1 kid on the bench today so can't see it..

Definitely should at least be on the bench with Johnston or Okoflex to come on to the left off the bench also. Church is another should be in ahead of Izzy..

Wouldn't start him. I think he needs minutes here and there, don't think he's ready to start big games yet.

 

Mind he wasn't signing a contract and was walking away in the summer..

Loaned out next season I would imagine . Unless the new manager thinks he is ready....I reckon we will funds in place to buy players that will knock him down the pecking order.

A year or two on loan could be the answer. Think he has a future here , his awareness is exceptional.

 

He's decent. Didn't look out of place today.
