Don't think they do. It's usually channel 5 or ESPN.

Could be right mate. Sure I heard somewhere that ITV4 and BBC had picked up the rights though...maybe not.

Home leg shouldnt be on TV here so a good crowd of atleast 50,000 turn up. Get the 2nd leg on the TV though so we can see us going through :icon_mrgreen:

Could be worrying with a few injuries, Izzy's defo out and Commons, Kayal and Brown all picked up knocks on international duty.

Ah great. Just great.

Obviously Izzy will be out but we can only hope the rest manage to shake off the knocks on time, else I think we might be in trouble.

I should be down in Glasgow next Thursday. Don't know if I can afford a ticket though. Uni starts back soon and I don't have much atm. Surely if they sold them a bit cheaper they'd make more money by selling out the stadium? Rather than having a half full Celtic Park at the current prices.

Maybe there will be concessions for students? You should give the ticket office a phone and find out.

Hope it is as well, would be pretty crap if we were the only Scottish club not televised in Europe (Hearts are on ITV4 both legs & Rangers are on Premier Sports first leg & ESPN 2nd leg).

You planning on going to the away leg mate? Searching for a supporters bus but having no luck on here or the GB Forum. Me and my mate are travelling from Shetland, and need to find a bus. We were on the Salty bus last year for the St Pauli game, fricken mental. PM me if you have any details. Tiocfaidh ár lá :50:

I don't think this game will be televised tbh. Remember last season, the home games against Braga and Utrecht weren't televised because Celtic were trying to get a full house. I reckon if the game is broadcast at all it will be broadcast on Channel 67.

Celtic v FC Sion will not be televised

By: Newsroom Staff on 12 Aug, 2011 10:31
CELTIC’S Europa League play-off against FC Sion this Thursday, August 18 will not be televised live, so the only place to see all the action is at Celtic Park.

It’s a vital game for Neil Lennon’s side as they aim to build up a strong first-leg lead to take to Switzerland.

And a packed Paradise can help the Bhoys in their bid to make it to the group stages of the Europa League.

Tickets for this vital European tie are now on sale, priced from £25 for adults and from £16 for concessions.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 0871 226 1888* or online by clicking HERE

You can also purchase tickets from the Ticket Office at Celtic Park

The match is also a season ticket game, and by getting a season ticket today to cheer on Neil Lennon and the Bhoys both domestically and in Europe will see you at Paradise, not only for the first SPL game of the season against Dundee United on Saturday, August 13 but also, just five days later, at the Europa League clash with FC Sion.
