Ideally, two experienced CBs and two youth CBs. Both economical for wages and development.

Youth learn from Experienced players. Having four experienced CBs competing for 2 CB positions would cost more in wages that two experienced CBs and two youth CBs. Fairly simple really.

Personally, I think our younger CBs would benefit playing alongside more experienced CBs. For instance, having Compper and Ajer playing at the back with each other would benefit Ajer more given he is learning from a player who has played in an Bundesliga and Champions League environment. Not only would that benefit our young CBs but also our financial liabilities (Wages and Transfer Budget).

Ideally, imagine two experienced CBs and two young promising CBs. Its cheaper than four experienced CBs. Its also in the other hand cheaper for four young promising CBs but they would have no apparatus to learn from an experienced CB. I mean, you could make a point that its an alternative to recruit four young CBs for example and leave the Coaching to Kolo Toure. But personally, as I highlighted I think managing risk with two experienced CBs for example would risk any sort of nonsense in Europe which is paramount to our success.

Not at all. Its a train of thought.

Our 'Club' is legally obliged to make shareholders and appointed directors richer, to me that is unacceptable, I don't find Celtic is some sort of vehicle to make Boards people and shareholders rich. I think we should take into consideration of Fan ownership where the Football side of things is served as a priority other than Corporatism first, Football second.

But that is for another Thread.

ERIK SVIATCHENKO has revealed he’d prefer a move to England in January – rather than a return to Denmark.

The Celtic defender has been told he’s surplus to requirements by boss Brendan Rodgers.

FC Copenhagen are long-term admirers of the Dane – but Sviatchenko is looking down south first.

He said: “Copenhagen are a big club so I don’t want to rule anything out – but the priority for me is to stay abroad.

“I feel that I have a lot to contribute and it’s an exciting challenge to be abroad compared to the Super League.

“I can see myself at a Championship club, for example.

“It’s a bold league where there are a lot of cool matches.

“It could also be a springboard for the Premier League.

“I’m 26. I’m on my way to my best football age and I want to play somewhere where I can get responsibility.”

So that's where the EndThePLC comes from got ye. As a fan you can own shares in Celtic just see your broker. Football is a business and Celtic's business model is very strong and as a result have a strong team on the park. Dont really see where your going with this.

He’d be lucky to hack it in the Championship going on his performances at the beginning of the season. It’s all good being confident in your own ability but this springboard patter annoys me. Not even signed for a team yet and he’s got himself playing in the PL.

Erik really needs to just shut up and let his agent sort things out behind the scenes.

Its unacceptable but it is what it is! Its just the way football is in todays world. Dont think for one min that Celtic will end up in the supporters hands. No chance!
