The Gerrard of old would have won that game by himself.

Liverpool just aren't a big club anymore, they've slipped behind in almost every aspect.

Here are the manager replacements I see happening over the summer
    Newcastle-Steve McClaren
    Liverpool- Jurgen Klopp
    West Ham- Slavan Bilic
    Sunderland- David Moyes/Sean Dyche

People wanting Jelavic, have you seen him play this season. He's been absolutely terrible, couldn't think of a worse use of wages.
There are however, quite a few very good players who have gone down, but I doubt we could afford any of them.

  12. Aye, he's 30 in a couple of months, too, and has never looked like a player that would age gracefully. Not to mention him being a Hun.

Liverpool were a * mess yesterday. Awful.

I wanted Newcastle to go down but Jonas Guiterrez scoring was good.

    Just watched MOTD there...

Newcastle v West Ham - Jonas scoring was good to see. Still wanted them to go down. How the * did Newcastle not score that 4 v 1?!

Hull v Man Utd - How unlucky were Hull? Valdes was brilliant. Man Utd have had there keepers to thank alot this season. Abel Hernandez will get banned for punching Phil Jones in the gut, don't blame him though. Jones is a *.

Stoke v Liverpool - Rodgers starts with no striker? Ok then. Emre Can has been really good all season but he had a absolute shocker. Stoke scored a few crackers especially N'Zonzis. Gerrard getting his goal was good to see.

Arsenal v West Brom - Arsenal need to get Walcott signed for a new contract. Wilsheres goal was a cracker.

Goal of the season - So hard to chose. I would of chose Wilshere or Adam. Hard choice.

Chelsea v Sunderland - Good moment with Drogba there, still a * though.

Leicester v QPR - QPR are pish.

Man City v Southampton - Lampard scoring on his final game was good to see. Never liked him though. Pellegrini should get to keep his job. Shouldn't sack him.

Everton v Tottenham - Who cares.

C Palace v Swansea - Great job done by both managers.

Aston Villa v Burnley - Villa haven't been great lately. I think Arsenal will beat them easily next week.

    * * £150m a season next year just in TV money.

    That's for each club, frightening.

Rodgers has got to go after that id say aswell, getting horsed 6-1 off Stokes at a so called big club, no way you can survive that. Especially with Sterling going as well they'll probably only get worse.

Liverpool are just constantly stuck in the cycle of trying to be great but then the best players leave and it all crumbles again.

Best chance of them getting back to being a top team will be if they sign their best players up on 6 year contracts and dont allow them to leave.

If Klopp has expressed any interest in Liverpool they'd be silly not to go for him.
