It's the Ronny Rollercoaster if you please. There will be highs and lows but it going to be some ride.

Start was always going to be a heavily transitional stage.

The luxury of time? You mean past the 5th of October for a guy who was trying to implement a totally new system? :smiley-laughing002:

Indeed. All I know is that I'm glad the people in charge don't have the same knee * reaction as some on here do. If it was up to them who the * knows who would be in charge now.

None of us like seeing us lose, but it's common sense that a manager needs more than 2 months before being sacked. None of us wanted Lennon to leave but it hasn't turned out too badly has it? No point living in the past.

It's ridiculous that you were jumping on Ronnys back after only 2 months in charge instead of just supporting him.

I'm a passionate guy and as you may have noticed nobody on here defends men who have been good to Celtic more than me. I wouldnt say we are in a better place than were Neil has us. We might equal his achievements or even surpass them but that is undetermined. I am prepared to give him time in Europe tbh.

I suspect that he is still naive to more tactical teams and we may be on the end of a few hidings next season in the champions league but that is ok because he is still a rookie manager and needs experience. However if he does not learn and adapt in season 3 then we could be in trouble. I also think it goes without saying that he must qualify for the CL this season no matter what. I think that is a fair enough target for him.

He needs to qualify for the CL no matter what? So you would have sacked Lennon if we didn't turn it around against Karagandy? We're getting very close to a treble and showing huge progress under Deila, yet one bad result and you'd be back to wanting him sacked.

No to both assumptions. He needs to know that failure is not an option though.

CL qualifiers can be a bit of a lottery and depends on seeding etc. It's a target for the club but Ronnys job shouldn't hinge on it as long as we keep improving.

Being passionate is one thing, but being spoilt, impatient & having no foresight whatsoever is an entirely different matter.

I've been calling og1 a spoilt clueless fud since the start of the season.

Through thin and thin, even when people thought he may have the capacity to complete one sensible post, I stood firm in my belief that he was a complete veiny bang stick

I am glad my unwavering faith has been repaid, whilst you ambulance chasing doubters must be beeling! :50:
