    Nothing surprising there though.....

Expect to see a massive difference in the team starting from tomorrow. This international break will have done us the world of good -players will be due back from injury, players will have settled more bonded more, more clued up on the playing philosophy, more fitter (seen somewhere that Stokesy is a stone lighter from last season?).

Honestly, I'm far more hopeful after that last night. I still think we need to so a massive change on the pitch but the players are one board, the club seems to be in harmony, you know? Hope to * it works out.

I haven't been worried in the slightest.

Yeah we were humiliated in the CL, but even some of the best managers in world football have been embarrassed at big games.

It's early days in Deila's reign yet i see plenty of positives - till a helluva work to be done right enough, but for me it will happen sooner rather than later.

I was worried. Players have looked confused, players out of position, don't think they've been supporting each other on the pitch, Broony publically saying players are hiding etc etc.

That is worrying but knowing that the players are 100% behind the manager and each other, well... that gives you a certain amount of confidence that this 'project' will work.

I'm firmly in the ronny camp but was extremely worried by broonys comments..

    Thankfully(hopefully) it's nothing..

The football game is a strange "game" in the information age. Feelings and opinions change quickly. Rumours escalating and developing beyond anything real.

I'm very sceptical about anything I read, and sometimes what I see in televised interviews as well.

What's going on on the pitch is what really matters, and it's certain that it has to improve towards Christmas. I hope it does as I can't really see that a change in manager would do us any good, except in short term if the players are really down in confidence or completely confused or doubtful about Ronnys philosophy.

I don't think Ronny is clueless, maybe a bit stubborn - but * - that's basically a good attribute, to stand firm and believe in what you are trying to do. I don't thing he is that narrowminded that he is complete blind to changes and doesn't communicate with his assistants and players.

Exciting times ahead. Ross County is a must win, as is the Astra game, despite Ronny saying (Sky Sports today) that a league game is not a "must-win-game", unless it is a must win game (mathematically). Not saying he doesn't want to win...

100% behind him. Until he gets money to spend we'll never know what he's capable of.

Do you think there is much in it though? Do you think for one minute that they would publicly slate RD?

Not slate but they were going out of there way, they seemed very genuine. It wasn't just stock answers, actors they aren't.

They quite happily took the * about the food rules.

I was a lot more hopeful after it though, that's for sure.

Yes the first team definitely bonded more and will be more clued up on the playing style after spending 10 days with their international teams in different parts of the world.

ive never worried about ronnie being able to do the job succesfully

this may be a guy that was getting brung in as lennies assistant but he's achieved a helluva lot in his short 5 years in management, ideally he could have been neils understudy for a year before taking over then he would have understood us all better.
but the point is i don't think we need a coach really for scottish football this is a bigger apointment than that i believe

this guy is gonna bring through the youngsters this means to me that the club think we are underachieving with the youngsters so they have took a big gamble in a young up and coming coach with good recent history, he's got more experience than NL had but not obviously of the scottish/british league

the results will come im positive of it

obviously the results have to start coming but in general the allround play has been getting better and will get better still once these new players get bedded in

for me i'd like him to consider 3 centre midfielders at times as we are getting outnumbered and commons isnt effecting the game enough when he drops back in (actually think commons time is nearly up unless he's played as a forwrd)
think commons is killing us tbh because of his lightweightedness and slowness

what i wouldnt give for a nakamura, petrov even wee maloney playing centrally as attacking midfielders drool

See Charles paterson trying to bring up the broony comments that ronny answered well, 2 minutes after and it's all pally pally with sally who is 9 points adrift in the second tier.. Funny that..

Is this how you always react when proving wrong.
