    Do Captains these days basically just go on length of service? Its interesting who players give it too when VC is injured - like at Everton Tom Cleverly does not look that influential but if Barry/Jags are off they will throw it to him.

    Yeah he seems very old fashioned,quiet/lead by example/jags like.

    Bit like Izzy. Think Izzy had a good game today, possible MOM? Nobody has really stood out.

    Would Izzy and Gamboa be a combo? as Wing Backs?

    Both players particularly Gamboa especially but Izzy also seem more like WBs and I think that is basically Tierney's best role as well although Lustig is a little more balanced.
