  1. Very strange if true. What's PL up to the fly * ?

Deila clearly isn't a fan so I doubt he'd stand in his way.

  2. PL: a bid just came in for you

EA: aye but am your best mate mind?!

PL: okay Ill tell ronny we dont need to sell and we will punt VVD in summer

    .....

RD: I heard a bid came in for ambrose, get him to f***

PL: Dont think so, you said you wanted to keep hud o yer players....

  3. I wish this wasn't so realistic

  4. Possible explanations

    1. VVD is being punted. Selling Ambrose leaves only Mulgrew as a CB once Denayer goes.

    2. Millionaire Lawwell is expecting a bigger bid.

    3. Lawwell sees him as too big a playing asset to sell.

    4. Ronny said no (doubt it, never plays when VVD/Denayer are fit)

  5. Portuguese international Luís Neto: "I've an agreement with Olympiacos. The problem is whether Zenit will accept the offer or not."

    NO 3M FOR CELTIC :(

  6. 3M THEN SIGN 2-3 CB WITH 2M :smiley-laughing002:

  7. Neto should be the sort of defender we should be going after. I refuse to believe Olympiakos can command higher transfer fees/wages than us.

  8. Doubt it's true. I'd be disappointed if we rejected a bid like that for him.

  9. Aye, and about 60% of their wages will be taken by the new Commie government

  10. If they did turn down a bid, it really suggests that VVD is on the way out this month and we will need Efe until summer.
    Hope I'm wrong though!

Rejecting £3m would be stupid unless we know we could get more or this isn't true. The latter being alot more probable.

  11. That's the way I see it. Something isn't right here, I don't see any possible way PL would turn down £3m for Ambrose unless it's been agreed than Virgil will leave in this window.

Our transfer dealings really leave me scratching my head at times. Ambrose is a player in decline and we should've jumped at the chance to get £3m for him.
