Celtic have a model where they have a budget of about 5 million most of the time each window to spend on one or two players and any CL money gets banked to build up cash reserves why they are doing that I don't know at this time something tells me though its to up shares if we had made CL this year they would have used the dembele money.... Or dembele wouldn't even have been sold
